The earthy, smoky notes intermixed with notions of black fruits and road tar found in this blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot are classic Graves traits.

Sweet, dense fruit, with tremendous opulence, a layered mouthfeel, and excellent purity, freshness, and ripe tannins.  

Very pale yellow. Ripe white peach complicated by flowers, mint and spicy oak on the nose. Juicy and vibrant on the palate, with a lanolin richness cut by lemon zest, spring flowers and mint. Very spicy, subtle finish is framed and extended by the wine's firm acidity.
At once rich and vibrant, in the style of the vintage.
This fruit was picked in three passes during the second week of September.
