GUARANTEE:
Our guarantee to deliver within 45minutes are for orders placed between 6pm and 6am, however due to weather and/or road
conditions this can cause delays to your order but we will do our best!
Payments by debit or credit cards will cause delays to your order.
DELIVERY TIME:
Orders will be delivered between 6pm and 6am, 7 days a week.
MINIMUM ORDERS:
Postcodes beginning with SW - £10.00
Postcodes beginning with NW, TW, N, W, WC - £15.00
PAYMENT:
Payment is accepted by credit and debit cards over the phone and
website with verification on delivery. You will need to show your CARD
and appropriate form of identification (Passport or Drivers Licence).
We do not accept cheques.
Card payments will incur a £2.00 security charge.
SPECIALS & PROMOTIONS:
We may occassionally run specials and promotions. Delivery specials relate to our core delivery postcodes. Online offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
Upon checkout you will need to enter the code at the shopping basket and the special will be deducted from your order total.
You can use these specials more than once.
DATA PROTECTION:
To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will
validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order
process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
